THE INTROVERTED MISFIT PRESENTS:

Communicate with Quiet Confidence

A social skills course for socially awkward, anxious, and introverted women.

I help naturally quiet, introverted women struggling with social awkwardness and social anxiety go from being scared of social interactions to being socially confident without having to act extroverted so they can create fulfilling relationships and live a full life.

Living a life in constant fear of people is depressing, anxiety-inducing, and lonely.

Introverted, shy, and socially awkward are not synonymous, but if you happen to be all three of those things, it can be a lethal combination that stunts your social life well into your adulthood.

You’re tired of having no personal and professional network, but social skills and confidence do not occur naturally for you.

 You’ve probably…

  • Been bullied or excluded in the past for being “weird” or different than your peers.

  • Tried to make friends but couldn’t figure out what exactly was turning people off from interacting with you.

  • Turned to a life of social seclusion and emotional withdrawal just to avoid further embarrassment and rejection.

What if you could ditch social anxiety and awkwardness without having to fake being someone you’re not?

Imagine if the next time you walked outside, you could…

  • Look people in the eye with confidence and no fear.

  • Participate in social interactions with ease and grace.

  • Form relationships while being your authentic, introverted self.

  • Harness your communication strengths as an introvert

  • Speak up in group settings when the time is right

  • Maintain relationships for years to come

MEET YOUR COURSE INSTRUCTOR

I’m Caroline — your formerly shy & awkward, yet still introverted social skills guide.

I’ve always been quiet and introverted, but for about a decade, my personal and professional growth was stunted by my severe social anxiety.

And what was at the source of that anxiety? My innate social ineptness, or as it’s more commonly known as high-functioning Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

For years, I would walk with my eyes glued to the ground, jump at the thought of having a basic conversation with someone, and hide behind poor clothing choices just so that I could avoid people talking to me.

But once I learned that communication skills could be learned by anyone — whether you have a disorder or not — and that I didn’t have to fake having a lively, extroverted personality to socialize, my social life changed for the better, and I was able to create thriving relationships for myself.
