Any information shared with a third-party platform will be subject to that platform’s privacy policy, and we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such third parties. 

Children’s Policy. The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information as soon as practicable. Changes to this Privacy Policy. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in our sole discretion. When we do, we will post the updated Privacy Policy on this page and update the “Effective Date” at the bottom. If we make material changes to how we collect, use, or share your personal information, we will provide notice as required by applicable law. Your continued use of the Services after any updates to this Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

Your Choices and Opt-Out Rights. You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from us at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link included in such emails. We will process opt-out requests within a reasonable period in accordance with applicable law. Data Storage and International Transfers. Our servers are located in the United States. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. You understand that information stored in the United States may be subject to lawful requests by courts or government authorities in accordance with applicable laws. 

Governing Law.  This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
